The Traveler, is a celestial patron that disguises himself in many different forms to hide his identity. He travels the world frequently selling his wares to adventurers or to those in dire need of aid.
Background[]
Nothing is really known about the patron, but when he disguised himself as a tabaxi trader called Akiva to the Misfits, he pretended that his family was murdered by Torven, during one of his pillages on Korrah. This was probably because he wanted to see if the party were truly heroes. He gave V'shearo a set of resistant armor at a very low cost as a sign of appreciation for taking care of Torven.
Personality[]
Akiva is known to be quite charismatic, with a great sense of humor despite his past. He likes to look at the positives in life, and enjoys running businesses.

Chapter 1[]
When the Misfits were travelling southward to Oxcrossing, they encountered the Tabaxi trader leaving before the Monster Hunt. When they browsed his wares, Renaya cast suggestion on him, nearly stealing a Bag of Holding. Sizzle mentioned Torven's name, which snapped Akiva out of the spell, as Torven had murdered his family in Korrah. He kicked them out of his pocket dimension and returned to the road.
He returned back to Oxcrossing after the Monster Hunt to sell more wares to adventurers. This time, the Misfits browsed with V'shearo, once he mentioned that he would need gear to kill Torven, the Tabaxi sold him resistance armour at a very low cost.
Chapter 2[]
Akiva was re-encountered in Itramos Isle during the War of Thorns. This time, his magical shop appeared to only the party, as the villagers of Keyr village could not see its existence. His disguise was of a human male named Vincent, who had dark brown hair and a curled mustache. He sold them scrolls and armour and bid them good fortune before revealing himself to be a shapeshifting patron.
